Classes are ongoing and times are flexible. Are you a beginner, intermediate or advanced? We have classes for all! We also have layout space.  Please take a look at our calendar for scheduled classes and times.

We offer:

  •    Basic Skills
  •    Specific Patterns
  •    Intermediate and Advanced Skills
  •    Block of the Month
  •    Stack and Whack
  •    Single Saturday classes
  •    Requested classes

We teach the following as a progression, or you can take any class you want.
Classes are 2 hours, 1 day a week for 4 weeks. The progression is arranged for skill level:

 Beginner 1

Beginner 2

Intermediate 1

Intermediate 2

Advanced

 Basic skills:

- speed cutting

- speed piecing

- sewing

- reading directions

Log Cabin pattern

Matching points

Any square pattern

Irish Chains

Trip Around the World, etc.

Triangles

Any star pattern

Bear Paw, etc.

Diamonds

Any diamond pattern

Star of Bethlehem, Tumbling Blocks etc.

Anything and everything else!

Who can come to which class?

Anybody! Many people simply love to quilt with others, and seeing another project in the works is a great inspiration. You can bring any project to any class. We simply recommend that new quilters take the Beginner 1 class first (especially if you don’t sew). After that you can take the progression, or move right to an advanced class.
